Goods: Refers to preowned audio CDs and vinyl records listed for sale on www.paradiseaudiophile.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this website.
The information you provide to www.paradiseaudiophile.com must be accurate and complete.

3. Products

All products are Original preowned CDs and Vinyl records and sold "as-is."
We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item, including any visible flaws or defects.
For any reason if the ordered product is not available/not in a position to deliver, the liability is limited to refund of the paid amount towards the product ordered. No further claim other than refund is allowed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR.
We accept Credit card payment, Direct Bank Transfer or UPI payments.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
Prices are subject to change at any point without any notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all over the world.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and size of the order.
Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen.
Due to unavilable reasons, if the items ordered by the customer is out of stock/damaged/having scratches/broken, we will refund the full amount and no other claims shall be made for non delivery of ordered items.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of preowned items, all sales are final unless the item received is significantly not as described.
If an item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos or other evidence to process your return.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

www.paradiseaudiophile.com is not liable for any damages that may occur from the use of this website or the purchase of goods from this website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods sold.
