      Wrong Grading

      Dear team, I'm hugely disappointed. Cassette is in poor condition. Vocal is not clear, you cannot mention "Excellent Playing Condition" - it is unacceptable. Please play the cassette and update the grading properly. So that we can depend on this to order. It should be labeled as "Playing but Poor". You cannot mention "Excellent".
